Heather Bacon grew up in Hinsdale, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.
Having a love for the mountains and the natural beauty and weather
of Colorado, she decided to attend Colorado State University in
Fort Collins, where she earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts. Heather
began her career in Real Estate in 1996 with Metro Brokers and is
now the Employing Broker of Metro Brokers - Signature City Properties
LLC. Heather resides in Denver's Bonnie Brae Neighborhood with her
husband Dave and dogs Lilli and Grizzly. When not helping clients
find or sell their properties, Heather enjoys water and snow skiing,
hiking, camping, reading and traveling. Heather has the integrity,
experience, and ambition that clients value most. Heather's passion
for real estate has yielded great respect from her peers, and she
is recognized for her consultative and professional approach to
negotiations, her attention to detail, and her ability to think
outside of the box.

Shannon Bausch Sauro

As a Colorado native, Shannon Bausch Sauro grew up on Denver's
west side in the Golden area and attended Lakewood High School.
After she attended college at UC Berkeley and Colorado State University
where she received my BA in 1995, Shannon relocated to Vail and
accepted a position with Vail Resorts. While in Vail she worked
and interacted with many savvy Coloradoans with aspiring business
goals. Her entrepreneurial spirit was piqued and with a few business
partners Shannon relocated to Chicago to start an internet company.
This led her into the fast paced corporate world of computer software.
Shannon's career in real estate began in Chicago but she soon realized
that Colorado was never far from her heart and after three Chicago
Winters she moved back to the beautiful state of Colorado. Currently Shannon along with her husband and two sons live in Denver's Congress Park Neighborhood. When she's not selling real estate, she loves to travel, ski, play golf and spend time with her family. She is a full service, professional Realtor committed to making you a client for life.

Peter Reynolds

Peter Reynolds is a Colorado native. He grew up in Denver’s Country Club/Cherry Creek North neighborhood. After earning his B.A. in Spanish Literature at Vanderbilt University, he returned to Denver where his love for Colorado was renewed with time on the slopes, fly fishing and being an uncle to his eight local nieces and nephews. Peter has been a ranch hand in the Colorado Rockies, a personal assistant to Warren Beatty and Annette Bening, a deckhand in Alaska, a restaurant manager and mortgage banker. Drawn to real estate, Peter sold raw land throughout Colorado and decided to set his sights on the Denver housing market. Peter was introduced to Heather and Shannon by his wife, Jenna. As part of the Signature City group, Peter uses his local knowledge, enthusiasm and creativity to help people find a home they will love. Peter and Jenna live in Denver’s Stapleton neighborhood and share a passion for family, travelling, and food. |
